Current Visiting Scholars

- Prof. Dr. Roy Gava, Affiliated Professor of Business and Public Policy, School of Economics and Political Science, University of St. Gallen.

During his stay at the CLDS Roy will be working on the development of a cross-national dataset on regulatory enforcement by financial supervisory authorities.  This data allows researchers to empirically investigate how financial regulators respond to breaches by imposing sanctions.

- Prof. Dr. Ryohei Hisano, Professor at the Mathematiscs and Informatics Center, University of Tokyo.

During his stay at the CLDS, Ryohei will focus on two complementary methods, one for building structured representations of ECtHR legal reasoning and the other for analyzing its temporal changes. Together, these methods will provide deeper insights into patterns and trends in case law, supporting more informed research.
